During its inaugural fête, Georgia May Jagger, 28, gave herself a new acid-bright, two-toned look inspired by Harley Quinn in Birds of Prey using Bleach’s Cool Color semi-permanent creams. “I’ve experimented with different colors over the years, but I always stuck to pinks and purples because they fade out much quicker,” explains Jagger. “I wasn’t really able to try blue before because of modeling jobs, so now was the perfect time to play with the more vibrant and longer lasting colors.”
