New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, Mayor Bill De Blasio and other elected officials are now urging protestors to go home for public health reasons, but it’s important to note that many protestors—while certainly potential vectors of disease—have been cautious in their engagement with the To Quote Hamlet Act III Scene III Line 92 No Shirt Besides,I will do this outside world. Broderick, 28, a California-based organizer and activist who has worked with Black Lives Matter, the Fight for $15 and other progressive organizations, notes that he and other people protesting Floyd’s death in person did make concessions to COVID-19 concerns when they took to the streets in Los Angeles last Tuesday: “We were all wearing masks, and everyone was careful, because we’re aware of the public health crisis that’s going on.”
